Angel Bueter

Founder, Instructor 500 E-RYT, Personal Trainer, Aerial Yoga

Founder

Since 2000, I have practiced as a personal trainer. I have experienced an array of clientèle ranging in age from 5 to 85. Because of my awareness of how clients experienced a low level of flexibility in mind and body, I began my pursuit of the practice of Yoga. Since I received my first Yoga Instructor Certification in 2005, I have been extremely motivated in sharing my insights and personal discoveries through the many pathways of Yoga.

Yoga  Instructor

I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago. It took a few years until I developed a "serious" relationship with my yoga practice, and, in 2001, I began teaching.  I was initially self-taught, utilizing videos. I received my 200 RYT certification in Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga under Laurel Hodory in Columbus, Ohio, in 2009 and another 300-hour RYT in 2012.

I am currently an E-RYT500 with the Yoga Alliance, and have over 5,000 hours of teaching experience.

My alignment-based Hatha classes, the discipline of  Iyengar classes, the depths of Anusara, and the challenging flow of Vinyasa classes all help me guide students safely and give them maximum benefit from their practice.  My goal is also to help students discover the joy of every movement and breathe to align with their true self. Always open to questions, I am able to tailor classes to the needs of students. I draw from the teachings that best serve the moment at hand, as well as have a fun and lighthearted class.

My motto, "No matter where you are on your journey of life, you are never too young or old to begin Yoga," is also my personal conviction shared through my current practice.

My life goal is allowing others to realize their personal strength from within.

“Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.”

- B.K.S. Iyengar

Carla Niblick

Instructor 500 RYT

I came to yoga after a career in elementary education. I believe yoga offers many benefits to those who practice it, and am especially interested in promoting relaxation and the "unclenching" of the body and the mind.

I am an RYT-500, registered with Yoga Alliance, and in 2012, I completed training at the 500 level with Wiseways School of Yoga and Movement Arts (now "The Shift") under the guidance of Michele Mangione, PhD and EYT 500, in Grandview Heights, Columbus, Ohio.

I am also a certified Ageless Grace Educator, receiving my training in 2012 from the founder of Ageless Grace, Denise Medved. Ageless Grace is an exercise program comprised of "21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease," and emphasizes creativity and playfulness.

A graduate of Wright State University and Mt. St. Joseph University, I enjoy learning and continues to attend yoga workshops.

I look forward to helping you relax and rejuvenate.

Amber Sinclair

Instructor 200 RYT, Aerial Yoga

I started on the path of Yoga over a decade ago, when my children were little. Then I fell off the path for a while. I was drawn back and it has enhanced my life, adding to my friendships and vibrancy for life.

I graduated from Yoga with Angel in April of 2017 with my 200 RYT. I am certified with Yoga Alliance. Furthering my love for different styles of yoga, I became certified in Aerial Yoga in August 2018.

I focus on offering yoga for beginners concentrating on basic moves and easy, relaxing, stretching poses.

Clayton Burnett

Instructor 200 RYT, Thai Yoga Massage

I am a father of 4. I started practicing Yoga in 2013 seeking to learn more about meditation and relief from back pain. Being a regular at the gym I walked into my first yoga class thinking that it was nothing more than “doing some stretches” and learning to quiet my mind down a bit. Only to get my butt kicked by a young lady with a 7 month old strapped to her chest and finding the mind can be quite noisy when the body is finding it’s limitations.

My preconceived notions of what yoga was and wasn’t were pleasantly shattered. Since then yoga has changed my life in ways I had never imagined and I am in the best shape of my life. I not only found relief from back pain but learned to be just fine with my noisy mind. It has been a wonderful journey of self-discovery and prompted me to complete my 200 hour teacher training December 2017 in order to share what I found with others.

I also am a certified Thai Yoga Massage practitioner.

Margie Bushur

Instructor 200 RYT

I am a retired medical secretary of 34 years, the mother of 3 children and the grandmother of 5.

I am also over 70 years old, which represents the idea that you are never too old to do yoga or be a yoga instructor.

I started my  personal journey of Yoga at Genesis Gym over 15 years ago with Angel Bueter. My journey has been evolving since getting my teacher training with "Yoga Fit" with Beth Shaw in 2007. I have completed workshops under Laurel Hodory in Hatha & Asana Techniques, and workshops with Michelle Mangione PhD of WiseWays (Shift Studio) in Columbus, Ohio. I have also been educated by Richard Miller of the Integrated Restoration Institute in "iRest Yoga Nidra" and workshops in Thai Yoga. I am proud to say,  I graduated from Yoga with Angel in April of 2017 with my 200 RYT and registered with Yoga Alliance.

The classes I teach are the Monday Morning Stretch Class and the Safe & Sound Class, both of which take my students to a soft, quiet place within themselves and they are allowed to just to let themselves "be," and safely stretch and create their own practice.

For me, Yoga is very much a personal passion- to be able to let go, center yourself and go to your own ability, and finding the peace within yourself through deep breathing and meditation.

Barb Reichard

Instructor 200 RYT

I am a wife of almost four decades, mother of two wonderful sons and grandma of 3. My formal education is a BS in Animal Husbandry from Michigan State University.

I came to yoga in January 2011 feeling typical aging effects of weight gain and strength and balance loss. Knowing I had to help myself, I started classes at WTTC. Little did I know the mind-body-spirit benefits I would reap! The more I learned, the more I wanted to know. I was delighted to be a member of Angel's first class of teacher training and earned a 200-hour certification from an extremely knowledgeable teacher in 2017.

I want to share my passion and all I have learned with others. Encouraging all to explore thru yoga the many ways we can help ourselves.

Tanner Zizelman

YTT Student, Aerial Yoga

I am originally from St Marys, and went to Bowling Green State University for my degree in Exercise Science. As a former cheerleader, gymnast, and diver with a knee injury, I found a passion for the aerial arts as it improves strength and flexibility, and it acrobatic without impact on the knees. I then found aerial yoga, which is calmer and more meditative form of aerial acrobatics. I got my Aerial Certification in November 2017 and am very excited to share this unique form of yoga! In April 2019, I will become 200 RYT.
